<div></div><div></div>According to the spell description, Whirling Blades should offer a 10% chance to proc Swipe.I have just compared a parse of me in Deathtoll and a parse of another assassin in Labs, and Swipe procs on 3.25% of hits on both parses. From 3500 hits, it seems a little low for Swipe to only proc 114 times.Is this working as intended?Edit: I see now that it is, due to the proc rate being calculated from a 3 second delay weapon and procs only working from main hand.
