New Assassin - quick question about t3 rare weapons

    Hi so far loving the class I hit level 26 recently and have 2 steel clusters.  I was trying to figure out which weapons to get.  I wanted to get one slash and one pierce, both dual weildAre they all the same stats?  Delay, weapon speed?  I dont see any differences, or is there something I do not see?  Thanks<div></div>

level 26 is too high to make level 20 weapons, sell the steelsthough doesnt really matter which weapons...some people will say lower delay is better but i really find it doesnt make any difference. stats all the same...just goes for weapon looks then - spatha's are prettiest<div></div>

<DIV>leaf blades would be best to make slower delay and high damage hits and yes delay does matter if the damage hits are higher . like a dagger does say 20 to 35 dmg but is delay 1.2 and this other weapon does  damge 40 to 55 but is 2.0 delay . now the two weapons say they put out the same DPS . here is were it comes into play unless all you do is auto attack the one doing 40 to 55 dmg will and does put out more dps and why you ask most scouts dont auto attack so you cast melee art <blam> the your swing comes in <boom> then another melee art <blam> then you auto swing comes in <boom> so and on and so on . so when you auto attack in the midle from one melee art to another does hit it hits hard . so go for the weapons with the higher hits :smileywink: . from draco lvl 70 assassin </DIV><p>Message Edited by lordblackheart on <span class=date_text>09-28-2006</span> <span class=time_text>03:00 AM</span>

I don't know how this is after the TS changes so if you try what I say make it sure it still works likes this first.  I would always use a crude version of the next tier.  The stat difference was minor but the damage was the same.  For example at 34 I would have a crude fulginate weapon that did the same damage as a pristine that you couldn't use until 40.  I leveled off quests and leveled fast so I always thought rares were a waste of good furniture.<div></div>
