It exists and that I know of offhand it can drop from: halls of fate, deathtoll, sepulcher of zan fi, monk pebble trials, the x2 crab zone, higher floors in palace of the awakened and nizara.

We got if off of Chal'drak last week, and both of our guild assassins have had it forever.  Of course, it probably sold for like 50 plat, you can ask Ishbu though.

never seen it on the broker, or advertised in a chat chan on oasis yet. i expect it will be expensive.  Its one of 4 T7 masters I dont have.<div></div>

Dropped personally for me in HoF off a trash mob . Its just very rare like everyone above has stated. I still get other assassins on my server that dont believe i have it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> getting to the point where i need to screenshot it just to prove to some i have.  On Crushbone ive never seen it on broker once and i check both good/evil brockers least 2-3 times a day. I see people trying to get 20-30p for lesser masters . Id imagine a min of 50p for decap. prolly more on my server.

Any mob has a chance to drop a master, the master lvl will (on the whole) be around the level of the mob. Named have a higher chance to drop masters.<div></div>

Nek3 drops 70 masters for sure, fact thats only masters ive seen from it so far...Cleared the place around 6-8 times and have seen 6 70 masters..good rate. Thou none were  Assassin.

Got My Decapitate M1 last night off the broker, fittingly my 20th Master (57-70)Only the 2nd one on Everfrost I've seen sold.  got it for 20p. avoided brokers fees.was shocked when i saw it up so cheap.  the first one i saw for sale went for 40pHaven't had a chance to whip it out with a brig around yet.....can't wait.<div></div>

I have 20 masters 12 adept III's... have all my tier 7 masters except for decapitate.. so that means 11 missing tier 6 ones heh.  My own fault for making this toon 2 months before KoS then never raiding tier 6. <div></div>

aye i have finishing blow master.. dont' remember where it dropped tho.  eep that much for killing blade? there's about 5-6 of them over here on crushbone, with some as low as 4p. <div></div>

I've seen as many as 4 Killing Blades up at one time...I got mine for 5pp.....Finishing Blow cost me 14pp...Decap 20pp but I got that at a steal.<div></div>

dacap a1 is all I can afford/find. I'm up to 4platz, so, looks like it's gonna be awhile for me. I do stupid dmg and have good weapons. Doesnt hurt my feelings not having 30 m1's. Think the only t6 m1 i have is slaughtersault.

There are a couple more T6 Master's I'm looking for....but I think those late 57-60 masters dont' drop much because ppl are skipping the raid and high end zones they once were farmed from.  Even the Heroic Zones of Poets and Cazels are ghost-towns these days.  The T6 Raid Zones get a bit of use, but it always seemd to me that T6 Masters drop more rarely than T7.<div></div>
