Race?

Hello all, I havent played EQ2 since release and just re-activated my account. I want to play an assassin but i'm having a lot of trouble choosing a race, does any one race have an edge over the other? What are your suggestions?<div></div>

<P>Any race will do fine. Pick one you think looks nice. Other than that, look at the different racial traits.
