What is the point of debuffing a mob's poison resistance AFTER it is already poisoned? Only for any further poison strikes that may occur?

I'd say it's most useful when you're using DoT poisons (which I don't use). However, on a raid, the mob is almost always poisoned by something or other, I hardly ever have a problem using it. My only complaint about this skill is that it's not a constant debuff like Enmesh is.

Oh, so if I already have a DOT going on it, that rest of the ticks will go up in damage?

And what do you mean by its not a constant debuff?

The duration of Enmesh is longer than the recast, the same is not true for Poison Combination, so it's not on constantly. And yes, if you debuff a mob for poison inbetween DoT tics, it will hit harder.

Think of it as a raid wide thing.IT is a cascading effect everytime a debuff is landed.i.e. •Assassin debuff mob 3000 poison•swashy "magic debuff poison land" vs being resisted•Fury agi and wis (Swarm line) debuff land becuase mob is less resistable to magic damageetc•With lower wis and agi, other mit debuff are landed easier•In the end, your attack becomes more powerful I hit my 4 debuffs everytime it is up. (Mit, defense, 2xpoison) Sometimes I will do my magic debuff if it is a extensive ranged fight (1xmagic debuff)
