Murderous Design

   Did I miss something, or was this skill not upgraded 60+ in KoS. I know its not so useful on raids, but even swashies got their agro transfer upgraded and it would be useful to have a better version on single group instance runs or a rare chance I am in the MT group of a raid. Anyone know anything about it?<div></div>

   It isn't a big issue, its more of a ''it would be nice to have'' sort of thing. While the agro poisons are nice, I much prefer utilizing that for a stun (non raid) or attack speed debuff for raids. Though situationally, the agro debuff does go there.<div></div>

I would never dream of raiding without MD on someone.  Throw it on a lower dps class like a bard (or ranger tee hee).<div></div>
