newb question

"SO,  is our DPS higher than before?" Ye, it is, but we get still owned by WL, Wizzard and even brigants. "do we keep up in terms of group usefullness compared to rangers?" Ye, both have just one group buff and evac, this is what we bring to groups in tearms of "usefullness" "are assassins mainly single target DPS or multy target DPS?" Just single target DPS, although our group attacks got buffed. But compared to the ae attacks of other DD's its still a joke. Especially that multi-target bow attack of the ranger. "what is an assassins main role in groups/raids?" Thats easy: DPS. "and any other useful info you may want to share?" There may be better classes out there - outtanking us, outdpsing us, outbuffing us and what else. But we have most style^^ <div></div>

<blockquote><hr>MaNiaGG wrote:But we have most style^^ <div></div><hr></blockquote>Yes agree! im not gonna be a ranger that stand at the back auto arrow + afk.I like my assassin just becuz everytime i discover myself a new chain CA combo, and it does feel extra good when u actually find out it gives u higher DPS than ur previous combo etc etc. We also have the most movement compare to other classes, consider we need to move around for stealth attack, AE attack which i just found out a few days ago that it's no longer a PPAE, it's actually frontal + out of group too which means if ur target died u still launches the AE CA. Very handy that i've found but the cast time sucks ball.Also i press more buttons than wizzy and warlock, now we just need more upgrade on our DPS then we're golden.NOTE: the amount of work we need to control an assassin should give us more DPS, but SOE never understand
