Cheap Shot Adept III no differance than App I ????

<DIV>So last night i upgraded my cheap shot to adept III, but when i did the examine to see how it helped, there is no differance that i can tell, maybe it has a better chance of landing?  if anybody knows will you please fill me in, because i am kinda miffed that i spent about 35 gp to get this spell.</DIV>

They had the decreased chance to resist % (making them more effective by tier) values showing during Beta, but gradually removed them.I _believe_ it was somewhere around 60% decreased chance to resist on a Master, and about 40% decreased chance to resist on an Adept3. Adept1 was 30%? I think and App4 was 20%. App3 was 10%, app2 was 0. app1 was 10% increase.These values fluctuated slightly during the course of Beta, but to verify I'd have to go through all the screenshots I have just archived. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
