<DIV>I've been using Fulginate Arrows lately...mostly because they are the most expensive vendor arrows I can find. The other day I saw some Ebon Arrows on the market and it made me wonder... how do you tell an arrow is better and what exactly do arrows do other than allow you to shoot? I switched the Ebon Arrows with the Fulginate ones and my attack stats never changed. There is little information in the Examine window for arrows. Can anyone shed some light on Arrows?</DIV>

better arrows do more damage. There is no way to really check by looking at the arrow, you just have to go by log data. If you are only using arrows for combat arts, the quality makes no difference and buying t5 arrows is a waste. Arrow quality only matters for normal bow damage. What type of arrow can change the damage type some combat arts can do, for instance a hunting arrow will make your assassin shot do slash damage. But wiether you use irom hunting or fulginate hunting, the damage is the same for combat arts. As it is now, rare arrows do a bit more damage than non rare. A list of arrow damage from weakest to strongest would look like this.. tin arrow iron arrow black iron arrow carbonite arrow steel arrow feyiron arrow feysteel arrow fulginate/indium arrow ebon arrow arrow = pierce bodkin arrow = pierce with > hit % hunting = slash rounded = crush with < hit % <div></div>
