Surveil adept III ?

Currently the master 1 is barely better than adept 1, hopefully this changes soon <div></div>

I don't remember the stats on it, but I will say that it is better to use an adept 3 Surviel as compared to using an adept 3 Evade in terms of threat reduction vs power cost.

I upgraded to Adept3 from Adept1 and Im pretty sure that the only difference was a higher stealth level.

Which makes me wonder how hatelists work.  Aggro in this game is so screwed up sometimes, i'm wondering if hate reducers and increasers (taunts) are actually just limited duration effects, and don't actually perminantly adjust your hate standing with the mob.  Aggro in raid situations is so wack sometimes. <div></div>

Yes raid agro is screwed up. One time i pulled agro, i ate my death like a good little dps should, the MT regained agro, i was revived, i stayed out of combat till i regened up to full health/power, and then i turned on auto attack. Not five seconds later I pull agro again. It seems dying didnt erase my agro.
