Lv 27 With a Jasper, what should I make adept III

Well I am a Lv 27 Assassin and I have a Jasper.  I am wondering what atk I should make adept III I was thinking of doing Ebon Blade or Assassins Blade but I am not quite sure.  I figured I would use it for Ebon Blade becuase it has a much shorter recast time. What do you all think? <div></div>

Aye Assassin's Mark should be the one, Ebon Blade and Assassins Blade are both getting replaced at 38.6 and for Assassins Blade you can pick up a trained version at 30 which is of Adept II quallity AND has a recast timer of just 3m 45s instead of 5m. well assassin's mark if you're pushing quickly to 50. however if you don't think you'll be lvl 50 for a long time i'd suggest selling it to finance being able to buy upgrades for the next 10 / 15 levels. <div></div>

Assassins Mark for sure.  It will always be useful.  The rest are fine at adept1/app4.

The upgrade to assassin's mark from appIV/ad1 to ad3 increases the percent to proc from 2% to 3%.  It may not look like much, but its basically the difference between a good chance to proc on a heroic, and nearly guarenteed chance to proc.  Also, the others may seem like big hits, but AM at that level is by far your highest damage v power ability.
