alright i know it is possible for any race to play any class... but i have a question... is it possible for a player of any alignment to be any class? for example i really would like to know if it is possible for someone of the good alignment to become an assassin and still be good, or someone of the evil alignement to become an assassin and betray to the good side.

Message Edited by Nasai_ on 07-06-2005 02:41 PM

You have to be from Freeport and thus of the evil alignment to be an assassin while the Qeynos equivalent is the Ranger. Freeport is just a town though and while more evil in nature by the story you can still play your character as "good" since how you play them is really up to you. The betrayal quest is to be completed before you start the sub class quest to become an assassin so there is no way to be an assassin yet live in Qeynos.

No, there are good/evil versions of all the classes, except the following that can take either subclass out of either city:

Bard

Druid

Sorcerer

Warrior

Everything else is city-specific, for Predators, Rangers are always out of Qeynos, and Assassins are always out of Freeport.
