Where does Netted Mantle come from?

<DIV>Anyone know what mob drops, or what quest rewards the Netted Mantle?  Have seen many fellow lvl 50 scouts wearing it, but I can't find it on any sites.  Thanks!</DIV>

One dropped last night off a rare spawn in LS, up by the Dragon skeleton. Solusek's Fist was in the group that was pulled, he is a construct-type mob. The rare spawn was a Drake but I can't rememeber the name, it was late....I just remember seeing that mantle in loot, first time I saw it too. Had decent stats but not better than my ebon plate shoulders so I didn't bid on them. We raided him, but was really easy. Level 52 x2 I think. <div></div>
