Merciless vil . AD 3 ?

Hello, i'm looking for infos on this skill, thinking to upgrade it to AD 3 if the agility gained worth it . Ty for all advices . I think i saw it earlier on a thread, but SS are down now <span>:manindifferent:</span> <div></div>

It's 3 or 4 more agility at adept 3 than adept 1.  Seems no one else on my server bothered with it, as I got the server discovery when I made it a couple weeks ago.

yeah all it adds is more agil. ive got master 1 and its 43 agil   50 haste  5% proc <div></div>

yup,  the proc is up alot throughout a raid.   it should show up in your buff bar  when it procs.  lasts like 15 seconds or somthing like that <div></div>

Turn that off and see the bloodthirster proc.</span><div></div>
