nobody really bothers with it at all.  There was even a master copy of this that someone got awhile back and was for sale for months and I think sitll might be which says a lot about the skill.  Hopefully after the "rebalancing" as they look through the combat arts it will get some adjustments or higher level versions which are more worthwhile.
