Level 38 Abilities...?

<DIV>Dinged 38 today and received no abilities... I thought that I was to get either Condemned Blade or Bloodthirster (or both), but all I got was the " + " sign thing (picked lizardman -- going to CT <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  ).  Am I missing something or do they just come later in level?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks,</DIV> <DIV>Loviatar</DIV> <DIV>38 Assassin of The Seekers</DIV>

I just dinged 38.5...The book says 60%, but I got both at 50%.

<P>Yea... those changed to 50% of level after the patch that moved everything from 20% to 10% increments.  Every CA that you get at partial levels from now on won't match the guide.</P> <P> </P>
