Escape Timer

Sometimes the timer has a really long recast timer but if you zone it resets tot he right value.  I don't think its bugged though otherwise there would be a ton of posts on the subject which I don't currently see.

Yeah the other day I logged in and noticed it said 3 days.  Then a minute later it started counting down from 59 seconds.  Dunno what happened.
