Lethal Resolve down side?

<DIV><FONT size=3>I just got Lethal Resolve. It is the upgrade to <SPAN><FONT face=Arial>Survival Instincts, but I don't see a down side listed on it. I thought that line was suppose to sacrifice offense for added defense. If <SPAN><FONT face=Arial>Survival Instincts has no down side, do you guys cast it every fight?</FONT></SPAN></FONT></SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<P>Sure there's a downside.. </P> <P>aggro, power cost and downtime while you cast it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I use it when I solo or if I get aggro and don't consider the mob challenging enough to bother dropping hate.</P>
