Murderous Focus

Anyone know if SOE plans to ever fix muderous focus so that there is actually a difference between app 1 and master 1?  my buddy has a master 1 spell and is sad cause he can't sell it worth beans cause there is no point.  The master form doesn't change and costs more power. <div></div>
