Cripple is a joke skill......12 or so defense debuff on a 3 minute timer compared to Punch blade on a 10 second timer with a 34 defense debuff?  and Punch blade does far more damage and has other mitigation debuffs....cripple should be a 10 second or so timer, or debuff for far more, like 75-80 defense
