Some assassin question about weapons and poisons

I mean: If i have 1 very good weapon and 1 good, should the very good weapon be in "main" hand or does it matter which hand it is in? = your condemning blade do less if in "sec" hand?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>- About that slashing and piercing again, our debuffs we have are boths piercing and slashing BUT 1 crafted poison have slashing debuff = Whispers of Heartlessness (haven't seen piercing), that should then mean that = it's better to use 2x slashing weapons then 2x piercing weapons if you looking for a "high hit" or am i wrong? (i know though that some mobs are best with piercing and some slashing) but i mean over all. What are your exp. about using slashing vs piercing weapons vs mobs vs high dmg?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>- About poison, i know that player crafter proc more etc, but i keep hearing so many things about how many poison you can have "active" at same time. I am a hearty poison user and normally have 4 or 5 up at a time (all the colors I have on me I use...player first and then NPC).  I have seen the difference it makes in places like D'morte where without poison I have trouble getting through the guys but with it I can clear out all the wanderers and stand in from of the gravestone deciding if I want to tempt death (is tempt the word for try and die?)
