Spells to upgrade to adept 3

For assassins, which is the most wanted skill to be upped to adept 3 for level 30-39 and 40-49? Especially the ones without adept 1.Any inputs will be appreciated, thanks.

not too sure about 40-49 but id say the most important for 30-39 would be condemning blade, or maybe torment, but thats just me i love debuffs.
