Attack speed

<DIV>I have a couple of questions about attack speed that i hope can get answered here.</DIV> <DIV>We assassins (maybe others to) get a self buff that gives attack speed, anyone know the speed it gives? And does it stack with others speed and items like fbss?</DIV> <DIV>Is there a attack speed cap and if so what is it?
