When I click the spell icon, I can hear it being casted and I can see the graphics shimmer as they do when the spell works, I am NOT seeing the "Slip Away" casting bar and the spell in fact does not "take hold". My App4 Slip Away and Assassin's Mark are both broke.Can't Slip and "No Available Target".I bugged it weeks ago. Then I petitioned, got the "please bug. We love you." automated script. Yea! Good thing we have petition.So I bugged again, because I was told to. Then a hugely economic impacting patch came in. Hmmm... still broke.I'm so glad to see that things are being fixed before working things are broke. Even better that new things are being implemented broke.
