Lowest Delay Possible?

<DIV>Anyone have any idea on what the hard cap is for low delay?  Just wondering when I need to change in my speed 1.2 weapons for some slightly slower and harder hitting weps as haste buffs are getting more common.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am thinking it might just be 1.2 flat out or 1.0 maybe.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thoughts?</DIV>

<DIV>Not quite.  I use 1.2 delay daggers and bravo's dance still increases my attack speed significantly.</DIV>
