Evade, ever get an upgrade?

<DIV>I got a copper cluster and was thinking of making adept3 evade from it, but the question is does this skill ever get upgraded.  I am lvl 26 and it is very grey to me so not sure if it's worth upgrading more or what not at this point.  Thanks in advance for the help.</DIV>

nope its copper for Evade (its a tier1 skill) just had mine upgraded to adept3 with a copper cluster i found in the sprawl when i was skilling my mining <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.
