Where can I find a whip in freeport?

<DIV>the dark elf at the carion hound pond gives out a quest for the rat hunters whip.  It's ok in the early to mid teens but then loses effectiveness overall.</DIV>

also a drunk @ top floor of the inn in efp gives a nerius whip as reward (20+ quest)

The mob you kill for the whip quest (Ebere or somesuch in southern pirate camp) also drops another whip that is even better than the quest reward...

<DIV>There's a nice level 24 whip that's a fairly common drop off the skeletons in Stormhold if you don't mind running over to Antonica.  If you haven't been there, go.  Stormhold is a pretty cool dungeon.</DIV>
