FP Assassin quest

I finally reached 18 with my Predator, so now it's time to log my Assassin quest. Problem is I can't find the quest giver. A guildie said it was in that book you get in the beginning of the game, but I deleted it for bank space. Can anyone help me out?

<DIV>Does anyone know if you can only get this quest in Freeport?  I really want this class but I passed the level where I can switch allegiance to Freeport.  Hopefully I can still get a shot at it if there is a questor in Qeynos for it.  Almost lv 20 and I don't want to be stuck in a class that is going to be second pick.  Thanks in advance for an info!</DIV>
