Help! My assassin quest is broken...

<DIV>I followed the quest and talked to Bileblood. He went thru his dialogue but then he just disappeared. So I asked some other Assassins "where do I find Captain Rotfist?" They said he's in an instanced zone and Bileblood should have sent me to the instance... well he didn't. Now Bileblood will not respawn for me to talk to and Rotfist is in an instance that I cannot access.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>How am I supossed to finish my quest??? I petitioned in game and the GM said it was a Technical issue and he could not do anything to help. he advised me to /bug and post on the forums. He was there and sent me to the instance this time. I don't know if he came back because he's on a timer or because I zoned but I checked him 4-5 times before I zoned and he never would respawn.

I relogged and went back and he respawned. </DIV> <DIV>On a sidenote , props to SOE for actually understanding that there was no possible way i could go back to the instanced zone to get my shard after i completed the mission. I was half expecting to have to wait 72 hours to get that one back.</DIV></DIV>

It wasnt until several hours later, after i went and grouped in FG for a while that I could get him to respawned when I went back. Not sure what the problem was but I was panicing! Thought I was going to have to reroll my character or be stuck at 19 for a loooong time. Just glad it finally worked.
