Heard that wood-elf gets a 2% crit with ranged as in Racial Traditions or something like that?.

My retired Ranger is a High Elf and I remeber logging in after they added in some of the new racial abilities to check and see what was available. Unless I somehow overlooked it in the list, it is not for High Elves.</div>

Whenever it is you can pick your first racial traits.. Its earlier then level 20... but I cant remember the exact level.
