Rangers being driven to solo?

<div></div>Rain Caller has a stun. And who needs a slow while soloing? Unless you're out "soloing" heroics, which isn't truly soloing, there's no need to even get into melee range with a mob. And if you do have to get into melee range with a solo mob, you aren't soloing correctly. Well the fact that it's a slow proc isn't really too bad, I am sure it would help in some way or another, but the proc doesn't even affect epics, so it is worthless, and the raincaller will still be the better bow for soloing.<div></div>
