Ranger upgrades at 62 - Any advice?

Going to be hitting 62 soon, and I'm planning to overhaul my equipment at this level.As far as the Mastercrafted armor goes, should I go for the STR, AGI, INT type, or the STR, STA, AGI type?  From what I understand the STR, AGI, INT might be better for me for poisions, but the STR, STA, AGI also has +defense bonuses on it (at least the parts I checked).Also, I plan on respeccing my AAs soon (have 73 atm).  I was wondering if I have to spend my free Ranger tree AA respec before I can pay for respecs?  On that same note, does the free respec also refund my Predator tree AAs?And finally, where is the respec merchant for Rangers in Qeynos?Sorry about all the questions, and feel free to give me any general advice you have about high level Rangers =)<div></div>

<P>I think your choice in Armor has a lot to do with your playstyle.  If you solo a  lot then the standard chain (STR, STA, AGI, with the +defense) is the best choice, as you will probalby be taking alot more damage.  If you group more and are not taking the brunt of the mobs attacks then i would definately go with the Melodic chain (STR, AGI, INT) as the INT will help your poison damage.  Now this also depends on your other equipment as well - how much INT does it have?</P> <P>I went with the melodic until I could replace it with better drops and was not dissapointed.  I probably group about 75% of the time and solo the rest, but nothing too dangerous as my lifespan as a ranger is short if there are too many ^^^ around - and escape is only once every 15minutes.</P> <P>Not sure about the Respec other than there is a guy in the Mage tower that does this for you - dont remember his name or his floor but his title is fairly obvious - think he is in the libray area.  For the KOS tree I am going down the AGI and INT lines so that is also helping out my poison damage.</P>

I went with the str/sta/agi stuff well because the melodic stuff is purple and i refuse to wear it.  yeah, it's got the int for poisons, but still...purple?!

I solo a lot so I got the str/sta/agi and I got moonstone jewelery to increase my int as it is cheaper than getting str/sta/agi and buying acrylia jewelery.   As for my predator AAs I went down the agi and str lines.  Almost everyone goes down the agi line because poise is a ranger's bread and butter.  And I chose str to improve my melee because as I said, I solo a lot.To answer your question about AAs, the free respec will only clear your ranger tree, not your predator one.  They are separate and when you put points in one tree, they must be respent in that tree when you respec.<div></div>
