Marr fgor the DPS cloak. It procs all the time and gives +15% DPS and +50 Str. It is basically always on. I went for the cloak because miracles and blessings are useless one shot one hour refresh abilities that are way too situational. The cloak helps every fight all the time.It starts in Kelethin next ot the broker. I forget his name<div></div>

<DIV>It's a shame they wiped out the idea of tunarian rangers in EQ2. I'm going to use all my favour up with Tunare and then switch to Marr.
