They are used to gain pvp faction.  The lvl 60 ones are saved up and used to purchase the T7 pvp gear.

<DIV>Yep, I'll link some of the gear in here later that you can buy with them.  There's different tokens for every tier, the T7 ones are used to buy fabled gear (some better than relic armor).  Any kill can make someone drop 1, 2, or 3 tokens.  Hands, wrists, and feet slots cost 100 tokens and about 1 plat, shoulders and head cost 200 and some plat, then chest and legs cost 250 tokens and more plat.  </DIV>
