What CA's are effected by the final KoS STR ability?

<div></div>So far I've gone down AGI 4-4-8-1 and now I'm in multishot, need 4 more AA's then a 5th to put in the final ability in that.  I was planning on going back to the KoS INT tree after I got multishot then go down focusing to top off my AAs.  Now I'm looking at the final ability in the STR tree, which CA's does it directly effect?  Just SS or does it do the stealthy fire and such too? <div></div><p>Message Edited by Kaleyen on <span class=date_text>01-09-2007</span> <span class=time_text>09:09 AM</span>

<div></div>IMO the final AA in STR that costs you 8 freaking points is WORTHLESS.  First off it doesnt even increase timers 50% for SS it only cuts it down to 10 min!  Secondly I think it only affect three total spells...Selection and Storm of Arrows (as well as SS but weve already covered that) Veiled Fire isn't even affected!  It's misleading the way they word it in the AA tree.  But look for keyword emphasis on UP TO.  I've just recently learned that STR is our main buff for all of our CA's so if your looking for more DPS from your CA's go down that line but if you want to crit more and proc more damage from your poisons go down the INT line.  I went like this:AGI: 4-4-4-8-1INT: 5-4-4-8That way I have the highest possibility of Crit in my ranged from the AGI line and highest chance of Crit from the INT line.  The final in INT isn't worth getting.  But I do like the increased always on casting speed buff from the AGI that's why i took it. <div></div>

<font size="2">Sniper Shot and Rain of Arrows are the only CA's that it effects.  And it does not cut the recast time in half.  Cuts Sniper shot down to 10 mins, and Rain down to 2 mins.</font><div></div>
