Ranger Hooded Cloaks

You talking about the Grey and Green hoods we wear?well the Grey Hood is the reward from doing Hooloh's Hat quest.The Green Hoods are either the drop from Vaults, the Nemesis Hood or the Relic Chain piece I believe.Hooloh's Hat can be worn at 65 maybe? and Vaults hat is lv.65 as well I think.Nemesis and Relic are Lv.68 though if memory serves me right.Then again I could have it all completely bass ackwards.<div></div>
