yes relic is crafted i beleive also, from lab parts

<font size="2">Actually, the loot drop is simply a pattern...either plate, chain, leather, or cloth, which is unequippable.  In order to complete it, you need 3 of a specific type of gem dropped anywhere in KoS and each armor slot requires a different type of gem.  After you have the pattern and the gems, you take them to an NPC giant in Solusek's Eye at the entrance to the Forge of Ro and he will give you the finished piece.</font><div></div>
