Sudden Recast Changes

<DIV>Was anybody else confused and annoyed by the changes made to some of the rangers main Combat Art lines, such as Triple Fire and Deliberating arrow lines? Can you be more specific about the changes.  I haven't noticed any changes to the cast times myself.

<DIV>lol i was just as surprised as you guys seem to be. There were a few ranger combat arts which had a 30 second recast timer, which have now be changed to 1 minute. I was surprised that i hadnt heard about it, but i doubt it can be just a bug. Yup, they've always been one minute for me...

<font size="2">That line has always been one minute.  There are some items that reduce the recast time, but none by as much as 30 seconds.  The base recast has always been 1 minute.  </font><div></div>

I would have loved if it had been 30 seconds but it hasn't been in my recollection and I've had Triple Shot for over a year now (slow leveler).  Since Triple Shot is the first on my bar by the time I went through the rest of the bar it would be back up by then.  Its not, its been longer than 30 seconds.<div></div>
