Marr Cloak Vs Cloak of Flames

Whats your opinion on this? The marr cloak procs regularly and doesnt have to stack.The cloak of flames afaik cannot stack with the DT bracelet. PS :Cloak of Flames>Marr for looks though. <div></div>

I think it is a given that the Marr cloak is better. Unless they CoF is made to stack with other item haste, it will remain so. It is pretty dissapointing that the vaunted CoF is such a cruddy item.
