Master Spells by zone?

Dropped in PP(poets palace) off the named nightblood a while back for me. Been in there so many times now trying my best to get archer's frenzy M1.../cry <div></div>

<div></div><b><font color="#ccff33">I'ev seen SoA, Sniper Shot, and Culling drop in PP. I think I got Amazing Shot in Courts and Percise Shot in Gates. Also I know both our stances drop in gates. But if your looking for t6 ranger masters Poets Palace is probably your best bet.
