How does this work? I have never seen it go off. But I am unsure how it works. I see the buff in my icon bar and I was assuming that when it went off the buff would disappear and I would have to recast it. Or is this a permanent buff that is always up and triggers everytime i get hit with a melee weapon. Should I be watching the mobs icons for the buff symbol?

well it is always up, and by description it triggers when hit.. no chance of.. just triggers. Can't say for certain it works as described, but at least thats how I figured it was.. never really felt it was much use, just keep it up at all times to be sure

As far as I know it still works. Way back in early KoS days I dueled a bruiser friend and just sat there while he hit me with auto attack. He said he got hit with a debuff almost everytime he hit me. He did resist it sometimes so it's not a gauranteed debuff. It'd be nice if they added a debuff icon for the ranger to see it working. Just the same as it'd be nice if they added icons for both the Qeynos Cutlass and Kilji debuffs so people could see those are working also.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.Everything that attacks you receives the debuff (granted that it's not resisted). The best part of it is that it doesn't lock you in combat when it procs. Something tells me that if they change it to give us a buff-icon, it will probably start locking us in combat. So please let's just leave this one alone.
