Are Rangers Melee early?

You REALLY shine closer to 30. You start learning the bow at 20.</div>

Actually, thats not true anymore.  You get bow CA's from the start now.  And they are pretty effective in a group.  You do start off more melee and work your way more ranged, but  you are never simply one or the other.  <div></div>

We still only get our third range CA at 20..., we double that from 20 to 30...<div></div>
