Been reading that only one piece of fabled (class specific) will drop from a raid instance per time. The forums can start nasty rumors so I thought I would jsut ask if anyone has seen any of the set specific class armor yet at all and if more then one droped from that raid.CheersLotus<div></div>

I don't have a lot of experience on this. I went to the Valdoon instance once. Not a raid, just a group. The final mob dropped one Dirge legendary piece. There was some other drops, but of the armor set drops, only the one piece dropped.

Saw the Ranger boots drop (in guild chat ) in instance zone in lesser fay(forgot the name.the one in sw corner of zone with a spire)And to top it all off,the group had no chain wears with them.Geez. <div></div>
we have had the fabled wizard set hat drop twice so far, both from the same mob. Haven't seen the fabled ranger pieces drop yet though.

<DIV>There is a set for each class. I've seen some assassin peices. They're nice. Hopefully the ranger set is equally as nice.</DIV>
<DIV>There have been lots of fabled class specific discoveries this weekend.. however no ranger specific is registrerd as discovered, I am sure we will see it soon.. On the only one per raid instance I can not confirm or disconfirm, but it does sound very discomforting. To equip a full raid force that would be on perfect luck 168 raids, which would not be that much, but considering the perfect luck involved it could be thousands.. how many times hasn't something dropped only to be vendored due to people allready having it or not needing something of that manner, lets say a raiding guild has 10 wizzies and 1 assasin, chances are that before all the wizzies had completed their sets, there would be LOTS of assasin gear getting thrown to the vendor. And it seems we are talking of the best armor ingame as of EoF (this might not be true, but it sure looks good). And the fact that they rarely drop, and has a minimal chance to drop of trash (nothing like relic). Ok only 1 per instance can make it time taking, and that in itself would not be extremely bad, but considering EoF is put in as a raid progression ladder, this can be devastating as they would spend countless hours in KoS to even reach the EoF ladder, and then probably never being able to completely outfit their guild until the next expansion.. and trust me having something that seems impossible as a goal can be very discomforting, and this would not be in the style of SOE at all...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just my thoughts anyway it could be that it is true, it could be that it only counts for that very item.. say a ranger hat drops, then the ranger hat will be flagged not to drop anymore times in that instance at that time.</DIV>

I think what they are trying to say is that our boots drop from the obelisk. No other piece for rangers drops there. The shoulders (or something) drops in the catacombs, no other Ranger piece drops there, etc etc<div></div>
yea thats what we understand from the legendary sets. I also mentioned this could be what they meant in another thread, but I thought some more on it and that seems like a little probable solution. As far as I know there are only 4 t7 EoF Raid instances.. that would leave contested, which would mean very little to no chance for people not in the top raiding guilds would get a shot at some of the pieces.. seeing as 3 pieces would have to come from avatars (also leaving out people a member of that religion) and the horseman... Also I have been told the class specific fabled sets have a very small chance to drop of trash, if that is true or not I do not know.<div></div>
