Epic mobs parrying CA's

Is there anyway I can lessen the chance of a epic mob parrying a combat art and auto attack.I completed the labs for the first time since the expansion and noticed that mobs were deflecting and parrying combat arts.My ranged is around 370. Apart from debuffs from a swashy is there anything I can do to increase the chance to hit? adornments etc?

<P>I've been noticing that a bit more recently too, and as a result I've been using Cover Fire and gracelessness poison to reduce the mob's general defensive effectiveness.
