Question about DW weapon procs

<DIV>This might be a stupid question but when reading the description for weapon procs it says that if a melee weapon is used it will only proc off the primary weapon so for dual wield weapons does this mean that only the weapon in the primary slot will proc and the weapon in the secondary slot will never proc? </DIV>

<P>Don't worry, any proc on offhand weapon will still work; it just means that procs that are placed on you from a spell or another item will only proc from main hand, so the amount of procs from those effects will be the same with dual wield as with 1- or 2-handers, not double.
