Anyone else losing their Poison Buffs when Dying again?

I played Tek last night for the first time... AND I didnt DIE (I don't know HOW that happened). <div></div>

This was happening sporadically on beta and I bugged it a few times. I hadn't noticed it as of the last day of beta or on live thus far. However you may want to bug this since you're not the only one I've heard from that is experiencing this.
