EoF cloaks for rangers

<DIV>I just got beta last week so i haven't done too much with it but i did find one cloak quest that rangers can do. the cloak gives a 1% increase to melee crit and is usable at level 20. it's found just inside the entrance to crushbone. i did do a /feedback to see if we can have it apply to ranged as well. probablly wont happen. has anyone found any other cloaks out there that can be used by rangers?</DIV>

There's a quest from the Gnomeland Security Agency in Steamfont that gives 3 quests as the reward.  It is for level 40ish I think, but can't remember off hand.  The Diety quests also give a cloak as the reward for the 5th quest.  There's a Heritage/Signature quest that gives a cloak reward, but that requires you to go into Mistmoore Castle to kill stuff so figure level 70 for that one.  The final quest I know of so far is the crafted ones.  Tailor's are your friend and they have about 3 options for each type/tier of cloak they can make.  I'm sure there are more than just this but these are the ones I found while running around in Beta.

<DIV>The best cloak I have seen so far is the one for the Heritage/Signature quest.  The name escapes me but I think it's cloak of flames or something.  It has 10 str/sta, 25% haste and some hp I think.  Actually has the best graphic for a cloak I've seen too.</DIV>

Otherwise, all of us with the DT neck/wrist item are never going to use a haste item.

I managed to actually land a few arrows on him before he laughed so hard he did 67K+ in cold damage to me. I'm more interested in the healer one, but anyone have a screenie of them please?<BR> <BR> <HR> </BLOCKQUOTE><BR>Ok, I just redid this quest again last weekend with my fae alt but there was no ranger reward, there was only the healer reward which adds +30 to all heal spells.  From reading the beta boards it doesn't sound like there's a non-healer option either.  Where are you getting your info?  Did I miss an update or do I just need to make another copy of my character over to beta to run the quest again?

I completed the Tunare quest line in <3hrs .. and that was with minimal help (help on first quest) and doing the rest blind.   The cloak reward is no stats with a bit of power/health and a 100% proc, +30 to your heals ... so only good for healers.   Small cloak, green cloak, with white floral border and white flower symbol (what you expect from a druid).  Other cloaks better suited to rangers.<p>Message Edited by Gerdos on <span class=date_text>11-16-2006</span> <span class=time_text>08:41 AM</span>
