True silver tunic?

I'm level 70 with 50 aa's, but recently i saw a piece of DoF gear called the True silver tunic.  It had an activatable ability to summon a limited pet to assist you in combat.  I'm not looking to get as a priorety, but I do wanna mess around with it because im a naturally curious person.  Has any ranger ever looted this and used it?  I would really like to know the full effect in beautiful prose from a players perspective.<div></div>

<DIV>It summons a level 67 whirling blade pet that cat be named after you so it will add its dps onto your parse. You can put the tunic on viahot key summon the pet with a hot key then switch back to a better BP the same way. It is like the hawek and will break your stealth so only use it after all stealth skills are used.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>pet lasts about a minute. you should just go buy my ranger off SE tho he has one =p oh ya pet lasts about 45seconds-1minish .. never really looked.</DIV>
