Rangers and Harclave

Since I've hit level 38 on my ranger on PvP server my ability to do harclave is well lacking at best. I used to do harclave from 20 to 50 with all my other toons but for the last 5 levels my ranger isn't able to complete it. My gear is about the mostly lendary or fabled with a few treasured thrown in. Weapons are ledgendary quality. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?<BR> <HR> </BLOCKQUOTE><BR>try not to fight more than 1 group at a time. gear isn't all that important in harclave. its the buff that keeps you alive. in the groups of 6 mobs that you fight try to kill one of them fast. that many beating on you will kill you fast. if another one taunts you off the first one switch back to the first mob.

I've done Harclave 40 times between two ranger characters. And doing Harclave at level 41 with level 32 gears is no thanks. I've died two just an group regular mobs and the final named groups my worse beating took me out when the final boss was at 40%.

My only recommendation is go defensive if you aren't already. I remember trying it back then and yea the final guy could be pretty tough. Also don't kill the trash, just sneak to both named and get out. The exp from the trash mobs is horrible but the quest alone will probably give you 20% at that level.

i love harclave it was really fun for me as i was leveling. Especially cuz it gave you a feeling of having melee prowess!  It's a good break from knowing you arnt wasting arrows.....because we all know i sit online all day checking everyso often if my ranger is queing recaim arrows.<div></div>

Yes I do it on defensive stance. And I don't do all the mobs. I do the trash if I feel like I'm going to get adds. It just really feels like the tiers aren't do very well.
