OK, if Moorguard opened the EQ2 coffers for you and you could choose any equipment you wnated to equip your Ranger -what would it be. Let's start with just left side gear and weapons. Head : Nemisis hood or Arcane Enchanted Coif Chest : Howling Star Tunic Shoulders : Nemisis Shoulderguard Forearms : Bracers of the Codex or Hurricane forged Bracers Hands : Reinforced Bloodsoaked Gloves Legs : Leggings of Corruption Feet : Nemisis Footpads i think. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Full set of iron chain armor!!!! uber mitigationWeapons: rusty shortsword and daggerBow: maple short bow, 6.0 damage rating, hella nice, with tin arrows, iron arrows are overpowering i think and would get nerfageIf iron is too hard to get, i recommend Tin armor, may take a mitigation hit but you'll still have some nice armor graphics goin.<div></div>

I actually use Qeynos Cutlass in my offhand as well. The stats are decent for +5 ranged & str/agi plus you get the procs that work off ranged attacks. Personally the DR is kinda pointless imho on dw so stats and procs are more appealing to me.<div></div>

the cutlass is still a nice weapon and again its abilities can proc from ranged and its 30 str and +5 to ranged and slash serve me well. its not a weapon i use on every fight. currently i have wurmslayer, qeynos cutlass, vyemms fang, windrazor and the godking DW and i use them all in different encounters (the godking weapon only used for a power regen12 while i'm using my Uktrls Shield of Stealth)
